Day1 SMX Advanced 2008 Review

Dateline: June 9, 2008 Seattle, Washington.

This year I returned, as I said I would in last years review, to the SMX Advanced Conference in Seattle.

Getting to Denver was a nightmare. I missed my flight (not by my tardiness) but South West Air helped me catch the next one.

I got into Seattle about 7:30 pm. Rented a Hummer for $31/day and drove to my hotel. OI missed the MSN reception party by 15 minutes so I went back to room and did some work… till 2 am (stupid me!).

2008 SMX Advanced in Seattle

Wow, has it already been a year since the first SMX Advanced?! I thought there would be more green with the grey. Oh well, I am headed out to Seattle Monday for the Advanced Search Marketing Expo II. Last years was great! This year they’ve added two tracks. On day 1 is an “SEM Business” track and on day 2 there is a “Developers” track. These are in addition to “organic” and “paid” tracks.
